Rosgal will document the damage using photographs and videos and advise you on how to protect you and your loved ones or colleagues from further harm.

We will assist engineers and contractors in evaluating the damage and in compiling a specification to repair the property.

It is important to let your insurance company know about the loss as soon as possible. However, Rosgal will take all the hassle of this from the property owner and deal directly with the insurers.

If you expect a storm.

• Make sure that your home or business is well maintained and that all your drains are clear.
• Inspect your roof for loose slates and loose guttering that might fall.
• Trees should be maintained and dead branches removed.
• Outdoor items such as patio heaters, furniture, barbeques, bins and animal feeders should be put away or tied down. Ideally they shopuld be stored inside.
• Gates, doors, sheds and fences should all be closed and locked.
